Service Overview
Chicken Man operates as a pickup-only food business based in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Orders must be placed in advance for pickup during our posted business hours.

No walk-in orders are accepted. All orders are prepaid.
Pickup Policy
Pickup is available Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Customers are expected to arrive at their selected pickup time. The address and pickup instructions are provided after checkout.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept credit/debit cards through our secure checkout platform. No cash payments are accepted at pickup.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us the same day by phone at 1 (866) 330-CHIK. We review all concerns individually.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including dairy, gluten, shellfish, and nuts. We do not guarantee allergen-free food. Please contact us before ordering if you have dietary concerns.
