What days and hours are you open?
Thursday through Saturday
11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Can I walk up and place an order?
Pickup is preorder only. Place your order ahead of time — we’ll let you know when it’s ready.
Can I order by phone or text?
Yes, you can call or text us at 1 (866) 330-CHIK to place it directly if you don’t want to order online.
Can I pay with cash?
No. All orders must be prepaid online.
Do you use DoorDash or Uber Eats?
No. We do not deliver at this time.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
If there’s a problem, contact us the same day at 1 (866) 330-CHIK.
Catering & Menu Options
Do you offer catering or trays for groups?
Yes. Just call us at 1 (866) 330-CHIK or fill out our Catering Request form to set it up. We’ll walk you through timing, quantity, and delivery options.
Do you have vegetarian, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly options?
Not at this time.
